Will Trump's "Buy American, Hire American" Executive Order Be Good Or Bad? in United States
Overall it should be mixed, as there will be some drawbacks as well. We may expect price spikes for some goods and services in the short term. Areas that may get hit the most will be higly specialized technology talent, as that resource pool will shrink after the executive order is signed.
It is a horrible executive order. These types of protectionist measures are not good for US or global economy. Now US companies will have major disadvantage by not being able to hire the nest takent and pay more than non-US competitors
It's kind of fun to do the impossible - Walt Disney
At first glance it may seem that it will be great for American jobs, but that is highly misguided. Higher Cost of Goods, higher prices, competitive disadvantage will all result in slower economy, less US consumer purchasing power, and therefore decline of US employment
It will be outstandingly good for the United States, the American workforce and will help our corporations to generate profits which will enable them to expand and cultivate their expertise through the expensive process process of'research and development. We should all aggressively seek out and buy ''made in America'' products. America, as represented by such corporations as Abercrombie & Fitch, Ralph Lauren, Gant, Chrysler Motor Corporation and the wine companies of Napa valley ( to mention but a very few) make the best products in the world. For God sake support them. ''Feeling hungry''? ''Then eat your foreign car''
